Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Shipping rates:

EU zone:

- Standard delivery – 14 business days – Free

International zone:

- Standard delivery – 14 business days – Free

Import duty and taxes for International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are not responsible for paying those fees.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Out of stock item process

In case of out-of-stock, Unangelo.com wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

Lost/ Stolen Packages

Unangelo.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Unangelo.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
